Chance % changes with % of max HP missing. The lower health, the more chances to trigger the magic property.

I 0.5% chance per 1% of missing Health to heal for 20% of attack damage.
II 0.5% chance per 1% of missing Health to heal for 40% of attack damage.
III 0.5% chance per 1% of missing Health to heal for 60% of attack damage.
IV 0.5% chance per 1% of missing Health to heal for 80% of attack damage.

Cap : 0.5% chance per 1% of missing Health to heal for 80% of attack damage.
